From the stunning Georgetown Fathom Gallery to the enchanting Brookside Gardens, we have adorned these spaces with our exquisite floral creations, creating captivating atmospheres for couples to exchange their vows. We have also had the pleasure of transforming venues such as Airlie, The Woodlands at Algonkian, Heritage Hunt, Piedmont Club, Bristow Manor, and Brentsville Hall into magical settings that reflect the unique personalities and styles of our clients. Our floral designs have graced the likes of Regency at Dominion Valley, The River View at Occoquan, Little Oatlands and The Sunshine Ridge Pavilion, where we've been invited to styled shoots and bridal shows. The Process
Connect
Step 1 is to fill out our form and send us some information. We'll start by confirming availability and reviewing your Pinterest board or inspiration pictures.
Consultation
Once we have some basic information, we'll schedule a consultation to review your floral preferences and vision. You'll learn a little about us and we'll learn a lot about you and your special event!
Proposal
We'll take your floral vision and put together a proposal with pricing to cover everything we talked about during the consultation.
Contract + Deposit
When you decide to move forward and book your date with us, we'll take a deposit (typically $1,000 or 50% whichever is less) and sign an agreement for your florals!
Venue Walkthrough
Floral contracts valued at more than $5,000 include a complimentary walkthrough of your venue to discuss your floral vision. Contracts less than $5,000 can add an optional walkthrough for a fee.
Additional Deposit
We will take an additional deposit of 50% of the estimated balance due, 90 days prior to your wedding.
Final Consultation
We know things change! 30-60 days prior to your wedding, we will do a final consultation. You'll have the chance to add, take away, or change colors, vases, etc. We will submit a final proposal for you to approve.
Floral Prep + Processing
The week of your wedding we take care of all things flowers. Most clients don't think about the behind the scenes... We pick up your flowers from the airport, the wholesaler, and some are shipped straight to our home studio. We hydrate, feed, and process the flowers so they are in the best shape possible for your special event. Vases are polished, stems are trimmed, and arrangements are created.
Delivery and Installation
Last, but not least, the big day. We deliver and install flowers as planned during our final consultation. Most deliveries start 2-3 hours prior to the event, however, sometime larger installations may need more time!
